Yoga is a catchy technique for exercise that moves your muscles in a certain way. Face yoga is just similar to yoga for your body. As you’re familiar with your yoga practice and it doesn’t involve the usual Shavasana or Downward-Facing Dog poses.
Early research suggests that practicing face yoga or exercises for your face muscles on regular basis makes you look younger. Recently, researchers took some middle-aged women (ages 40-65) as a sample and taught them how to perform 32 face exercises including smiling and sucking in the cheeks. The participants performed these exercises for 30 minutes a day for eight weeks. On the ninth week of the study, the women reduced the frequency of their 30-minute exercise routine to every other day and continued this regimen for 20 weeks.

For fine line and wrinkles on your forehead
Start the process by making a fist with the help of both hands. Then position the knuckles in the center of the forehead and press moderately. After this, slide your fingers to each side ending at the temples. The exercise is effective when you do it at least 6 times a day to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
To plump the lips
You can get rid of fine lines around your mouth by performing this effortless action. Take a seat and lean your head back and pucker the lips tightly. After that, push forward and hold the pose for 10 seconds at least and then release. Perform these actions 5 times a day for significant changes.
The checker lifter
Open your mouth and take an O pose. Place your upper lip over your teeth and smile to lift cheek muscles. Put your index fingers on top of your cheek muscles lightly. Then release cheek muscles to lower them. Smile and think about pushing the muscles up toward your eyes. Repeat this action at least 10 times. After this, hold your muscle up as high as you can and hold for 20 seconds and think about the sides of your face lifting. Do this face exercise 3 times a day.
Jaw and neck firmer
Open your mouth and make an “aah” sound. Fold your lower lip and the corners of your lips into the mouth and hold tightly. Using lower jaw, scoop up slowly as you close your mouth, pulling your chin up about 1-inch each time you scoop and then lean your head toward the back. For at least 10 times, open and close your lower jaw. Your chin should be pointing to the ceiling on the 10th time. Hold this for 20 seconds and think about the sides of your face lifting. Repeat these actions twice a day.
A youthful glow
Everyone wants to get a natural glow. Purse your lips together and smile. Then place your fingers under the apple of your cheeks and lift cheeks using face exercises. Hold this position for 30 seconds and perform again. Repeat exercise 8 times a day for glowing skin.
