Please tell that on behalf of India, officer Gaurav Ahluwalia talked to Kulbhushan Jadhav for about 2 hours. Pakistan decided to grant consular access under the decision of the International Court of Justice. Kulbhushan Jadhav, 49, a former Indian Navy officer, was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court in April 2017 on charges of espionage and terrorism.
