The “Unicef photo of the year 2018” shows a little boy from Togo, who is wearing prosthetic legs. The winning image draws attention to a Problem: In West Africa, disabled children are not violated, according to Unicef, rarely from their families or even abused. In a centre in the North of Togo, you will find refuge.
