Cuba will begin the pursuit of a Communist society of a first draft, but in the renewal of its Constitution. The population will vote next year on the constitutional amendment.
That the wording from the draft was deleted for the constitutional amendment, have led to public criticism, reported the state television of the socialist Caribbean island on Friday. The pursuit of communism had to be preserved and expressly provided for in the Constitution project, said the Deputy Yusuam Palacios during a session of Parliament, before the vote on the draft Constitution.
Cuba had presented in July, the draft of the new Constitution. Among other things, private ownership and the possibility of marriage had been involved for All. Also, communism is not.
The Clause to marriage for All had already been on Wednesday from the draft repaid. In the coming year to be voted on in a Referendum a final decision on the constitutional amendment. The current Constitution dates from 1976 and was revised in 1992 and 2002.
