Sooryavanshi is an upcoming Bollywood action film which is going to release very soon. It’s a Rohit Shetty movie and since some time now he has made a name for himself by giving one hit after the other. If you have loved Singham and all Golmaal series you will love to watch this flick as well. Akshay Kumar fans are in for a great treat once again. The posters of the film feature Akshay Kumar with a gun with a caption ‘’a bullet for the bullet’’ which gives us an insight of how the film will turn out to be. As the posters were released in March 2019 those itself raised our expectations bar really high.
Story of the film
As the poster indicates Akshay Kumar will be playing a policeman in the film. He deals with a terrorist gang by leading a squad as the chief. How he deals with them is worth the watch. Previously he has done Baby which was also related to such a subject and we are hoping this will be interesting too. The action-packed drama will fully concentrate on the adventures of the anti-terrorist squad.

Short promos and posters have been released to tempt fans but the full trailer is expected to release in 2020. Till then be patient and wait for it to release.
Filming
The first part of the filming started in March 2019; however there was some delay as the hunt for female lead was still on. The first part shoot began is May 2019 and the second part was shot in June 2019.
Soundtrack
The songs of the movie are going to be composed by Himesh Reshmaiya. He is composing music for an Akshay movie after nearly 8 years since Khiladi 786 was released. His songs are catchy and we expect the songs to be good. It has also been reported that the famous song tip tip barsa paani is going to be recreated. The famous singer Sukhwinder Singh who is known for his great vocals has been roped in to record a special song Jal Rahi hai. All these details must have made you excited. We can wait for the songs to release!
Cast, producers and director
The cast of the film boasts of two very talented and most loved actors in the Indian Cinema. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif will be playing the leads in the film they have been paired up once again as their couple is loved by all the fans. Ajay Devgan and Ranveer Singh will be seen in a cameo to spice up the story a little more. The film is directed by the talented man Rohit Shetty while the film is a combined production of Karan Johar and Rohit. Gulshan Grover, Neena Gupta, Nikitin Dheer and Abhimanyu Singh will be seen in supporting roles. The film has a bund of renowned actors even in the supporting so we are hoping to see great performances. The film is written by Sajid Farhad and cinematography is done by John.

Release date
Rohit Shetty announced that he is planning to release the film in May 2020 which will coincide with the festival of Eid as well. Festival holidays are known to be a good date for the good opening of the movie. Later it was decided that the film will release in theaters on 27th March 2020. We are hoping great success for Akshay Kumar once again.
