Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis wants to let the Romanians through a ban on amnesties and Pardons in the case of corruption offences to the vote.

In the case of the Referendum on the day of the European elections (26. May) is planned to be asked of the citizens, moreover, whether Changes in the criminal law by emergency Ordinance, should remain permitted, and whether the possibility of the constitutional court, is to be expanded.
