The first official trailer of The Rings of Power will be released on February 13. The trailer was released during the Super Bowl between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals. A teaser trailer was released in January 2022, and it showed a river of molten lava flowing through a canyon.

In the trailer, the woman (Morfydd Clark, who plays Galadriel) reads out the famous lines “Three Rings for the Elven-kings…” The camera zooms out and the music soars, we see the words: ‘Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’.

What is The plot of ‘Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’?

The series will be set before the events of the J.R.R. Tolkien‘s ‘Lord of the Rings books and Peter Jackson‘s films. Our most-loved characters, including FrodoAragornBilbo and Gimli, will not be born as yet.

The viewers can expect to witness epic battles between Elves and Sauron‘s forces. The fate of Middle-earth will be decided. The age culminates and the final fight between Sauron and the last alliance of Men and Elves begins. The battle is portrayed in the opening sequence of ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’.

Pre-production for the second season of Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is rumoured to begin in the UK by summer 2022. Bray Film Studios and Bovingdon Airfield, will be the initial production locations for the season. The filming for the second season is expected to begin by the middle of the year.
