In a statement by People magazine, a representative for Lifetime and “Little Woman: Atlanta” said they were “deeply saddened” by the news.

The statement said, “Our deepest condolences to her family and friends. Ms. Minnie was an incredible talent and a special part of Little Woman: Atlanta. We will miss her dearly.”

Outside Atlanta, police in South Fulton said the crash involved a Nissan Sentra traveling south when the driver lost control of the vehicle, entered the north lane and hit the Ford Focus.

While officials did not reveal which car Ross belonged to and the other driver, they said the Nissan driver was taken to the hospital while the Ford Focus driver suffered only “minor injuries” and that the crash is part of an investigation course.
