Lil Pump was arrested in February 2018 because of the possession of a weapon that he has kept in an inhabited place. His manager stated that three men attempted to break into his home and shot into the door. Police later found out that the bullet comes from inside the home and found an unloaded handgun on his balcony. Garcia’s mother was accused and was investigated for endangering a minor for having an unsecured weapon at the home.
