A former boss, a doctor from Halberstadt, was convicted in the regional court of Magdeburg for aggravated rape in three cases, and personal injury or death to nine years in prison followed by preventive detention. The report, among other things, MDR Sachsen-Anhalt and the “Magdeburger Volksstimme”.

The court saw it as proven that the 43-Year-old made his victim prior to the acts with drugs, sexually submissive. In the case of the drug, it should have been cocaine, which he is said to have the Victims secretly administered.

MDR Sachsen-Anhalt court quoted spokesman Christian Löffler: “The defendant was due to multiple severe rape in three cases, and personal injury or death sentenced to imprisonment for a term of nine years. In addition, the district court ordered placement in preventive detention. This means that the defendant no longer remains after serving his prison sentence while in preventive detention until he is dangerous.”

The court was followed by the psychiatric experts, the media reports. The defendant had a propensity to commit crimes. “He has the appropriate inclination and therefore he is for the General public and the population dangerous. The population needs to be protected from him,” said Loeffler to MDR Sachsen-Anhalt.

The doctor had been accused of several crimes between September 2015 and February 2018. The most serious accusation was that the defendant was a woman in February 2018 secretly – consensual first Sex cocaine administered. The woman had died of an Overdose of the drug.

The accused is not expressed during the process of the cases. His lawyer was only informed that he did not intend the death of the woman. In addition, he wanted to due to his cocaine addiction a voluntary withdrawal.
