Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif joins Twitter Officially

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif joined Twitter a day before the Conference of All Parties (to be held tomorrow).

Maryam Nawaz Sharif announced the news of the addition of Nawaz Sharif to Twitter. He shared the Twitter username of Mian Nawaz Sharif’s social media account.

#TwitterWelcomesNawaz Sharif soon became the main trend on Pakistani Twitter, as the prime minister gained more than 25,000 followers an hour after joining the microblogging site.

His daughter and fellow party leader Maryam Nawaz made the announcement and shared her official name.
