For some time now since WWE Smackdown has arrived to entertain the audience, things have been going slow in terms of ratings. It seems that the media and fans have finally realized what could be the reason behind it. They believe that Daniel Bryan is the reason for the low ratings. He has been associated with the leader of the Yes! Movement. The producers of WWE Smackdown have also banned him from the matches.

It has given a huge blow to the ratings and they have been going down since he is out. There is no need to look for other reasons as this week’s ratings are evident. They have come down by a huge margin after Daniel was kicked out as he lost the match against Roman Reigns. Here are more details about the WWE Smackdown:

Will the low ratings affect the popularity of WWE Smackdown?

Every week the ratings of the WWE matches come out. It is a good way for the producers to analyze what is going on with the popularity of the series. If we take a look at the previous week’s ratings they have gone down by 2 million viewers. All the fans have been deeply worried and disappointed as Daniel is no more a part of the game. They were hoping that he can win the Universal Championship.

He should have been featured more prominently in the WWE Smackdown but it didn’t happen. However, the fans of modern Smackdown are worried that Daniel can revive the Yes movement. They believe that rather than cheering for Daniel audiences should support Dave Bautista. Fortunately, things could remain in control as fans are not allowed to enter the stadium due to coronavirus. If they could enter the building Smackdown would have become more sterile and entertaining too. As things are coming back to normal we hope fans can enter the stadium once again to cheer for their favorites.

Why was Bryan kicked out of WWE smackdown?

As we all know that Daniel Bryan is banned from the Smackdown many fans want to know the real reason. According to the latest updates his contract has expired with WWE itself. Some fans may be happy while others may become sad as Daniel is out of the Smackdown. The ratings are already low. According to the news reports from media Smackdown has got an average viewership of 2.157 million viewers. The individual hours of the Smackdown have about 2.147 and 2.166 million viewers.

The ratings for each hour have also got 0.6 in the 18-49 demos that are relatively low from the previous week. However, it still puts Smackdown at top of the Network rating charts without any difficulty this night. Some people do believe that Smackdown is better off without the entry of Daniel Bryan.
