Callan Ackerman named a unique T20 record

Leicestershire South African spin bowler Colin Ackerman took the first ball to get seven wickets in T20 cricket. He won the honor against the Birmingham Bears in the English Twenty20 Blast. The 28-year-old Colin Ackerman hunters included Michael Burgess, Sam Heine, Will Rhodes, Liam Banks, Alex Thompson, Henry Brooks, and Jatin Patel, Colin Ackerman outscored seven players with just 18 runs in four overs and set a new record in T20 cricket, which is the best bowling history in T20 history.

In the shortest format of cricket, no bowler has been able to outrun seven players in an innings. Earlier, the record was with Malaysian-based bowler Errol Sopiah, who returned to the Pavilion in 2011 after playing for Somerset in Glamorgan for only five runs. Thanks to this disastrous bowling, Colin Ackerman’s team, Leicestershire, defeated the Birmingham Bears by 55 runs. Colin Ackerman was also named Player of the Match for this outstanding performance.
