In the case of a fire at the main railway station of Cairo, have been killed, according to Egypt’s state television for at least 20 people. A further 40 people had been injured.

The police left the train station at Ramses square in the centre of the Egyptian capital on Wednesday morning spaces. The state television reported that a train had crashed into the platform, as he is in the station importation. This led to an Explosion.

The rescue forces had to fire after a short time under control. Photos from the scene showed a burnt-out locomotive and freight cars which were obviously jumped out of the rails.

On the photos that were shown after the incident on the Internet, is also see a large black cloud of smoke above the station. On the platforms and the tracks were, therefore, several charred people.
