South Korea’s intelligence service, has restrained from responding to a newspaper report, according to the 2017 and murdered half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un was during the lifetime of a CIA Informant.

His Agency could not confirm “whether we have information about it,” said a spokesman for the national intelligence service (NIS) in Seoul on Tuesday on request.
