The television presenter Johannes B. Kerner (53) will be awarded the Kaiser-Augustus-order of the Association of Trier carnival (ATK). He received the 5555,55 Euro endowed award for his social commitment, shared with the ATK on Friday in Trier.
The order is Orden, not a carnival, but an award for well-known personalities, “have not forgotten the other people, that might not be on the Sunny side of life”. Kerner to the order at a Gala on may 12. January in Trier.
The medal is awarded since 1994, once in a year and to remember the founder of the city of Trier, the Emperor Augustus,. He was the highest award of the Trier carnival, said ATK President Andrew Peters.
